By buying or downloading any MorgueCat product from morguecat.com or discord.gg/corpsegore, you agree to all of the terms below.

General

Give full and correct information at checkout. If anything is missing or wrong, you lose your license to all MorgueCat products.

All sales are final. There are no refunds on digital products.

You must know the basics of Blender and Unity before you buy. You also need to know how to upload with Unity, unless you use the free upload service (see Uploads).

MorgueCat is not responsible for problems caused by not reading these terms, or by not knowing how to use Blender or Unity.

Breaking these terms will get you banned from the MorgueCat Payhip store and the Cannibalized Bodies Discord server.

A ban revokes your license to all MorgueCat products. If you are banned, blocked or blacklisted from either, you may not use any MorgueCat product, including avatars, assets, textures, server freebies and Nitro freebies.

No involvement with lolis, children, NFTs or any paid-to-view content, including but not limited to OnlyFans, Fansly and Patreon.

Avatars

MorgueCat avatars are for VRChat only.

Avatars are for personal use only, and may be uploaded to one account only.

You may not resell, share or price-split any MorgueCat avatar, or claim one as your own, even if you have edited it.

Custom assets on MorgueCat avatars may not be removed, ripped or replicated, for personal or commercial use.

MorgueCat sculpts (heads, bodies and assets) may not be used for any other purpose.

MorgueCat's Unity materials and settings may not be copied.

Gifting

Enter the receiver's email at the top of checkout, or select the gifting option and enter their email there.

Enter the receiver's Discord username, VRChat username and Discord ID correctly at checkout.

Only the receiver holds the license, not the person who gifted it.

You may not gift any MorgueCat product to anyone who is banned or blocked from the MorgueCat Payhip store or the Cannibalized Bodies Discord server.

Uploads

MorgueCat offers free uploads in the Cannibalized Bodies Discord server.

Free uploads are for MorgueCat models only, not other creators' models.

MorgueCat does not upload for anyone on your behalf, such as friends, family or partners.

Do not let friends, partners or anyone else upload for you. This counts as leaking.
